Kayu Manis Seafood Restaurant was established on 12 November 2007 by a husband and wife team of Rizzal Puasa and Suhailla Mohamed Noor. The couple owns the restaurant through their wholly-owned company, Terra Tessa Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No: 638046-U) with Rizzal Puasa being the Head Chef there.
The restaurant serves a variety of cuisines from authentic Chinese dishes to the familiar Malaysian foods and even Western AND all prepared in compliance with Halal requirements (from the sourcing of supplies, to food preparation and until the plate is served).
The Owners do not just pride themselves in their strict adherence of the Halal requirements but also place great emphasis on the quality of food served, the service, the cleanliness and the overall ambiance in the sincere hope that these details will be truly appreciated by their customers.
Ultimately, it is the aim of the Owners that Kayu Manis Seafood Restaurant should not just be about the food but an experience for people to happily keep on returning to.
